We apply anticorrosive coatings by means of hydrodynamic method in a paint cabin dryer.

We perform painting works in a cabin with dimensions of 15m x 5m x 5m, with the possibility of dividing it by means of a rolling screen into two independent cabins with dimensions of 7,5m x 5m x 5m. Independent contol of both cabins enables painting of elements in one cabin while drying other elements in the second one.

One of the painting cabins is additionally equipped with a car channel with dimensions of length 7m x width 0,9m x depth 1,3m.

Maximum weight of the painted construction is 20 tons.

The painting is performed in a closed cycle. Filter system enables a dust-free cabin and interception of paint dust.

The following pumps are used for painting:

• WIWA PROFESSIONAL 24071 NF 71:1 painting pump, for high viscosity materials,
• WIWA PROFESSIONAL 380842 NF 42:1 painting pump, for medium and low viscosity materials.

Supervision of the painting process is performed by controlling the dew point, and after finishing the painting the thickness of the paint coating is also measured.

The drying is performed in a closed cycle, which can include one or both cabins simultaneously. Drying parameters i.e. the temperature and time of drying, are individually programmed for each of the cabins depending on the element being painted and the type of paint used. Maximum drying temperature is 80ºC.
