We conduct the following machining operations:

• turning of large scale parts, conventional and numerically controlled,
• turning and threading of shafts and pipes up to Ø300 mm, conventional and numerically controlled,
• boring up to Ø350 mm and lenght to 450 mm,
• milling.

Our machines include:

• Two holder CNC lathes for pipes (turning in centers Ø630 x 1950 mm, max weight 2000 kg; spindle swing Ø300 allowing turning and threading of pipe endings and shafts of total length up to 12 meters), maximum turning section over bed 930 mm, maximum turning section over support 650 mm;
• Universal lathe with maximum parts turning in centers to 5000 mm, maximum turning section over bed 1350 mm, maximum turning section over support 1050 mm, maximum turning section in bridge 1650 mm, spindle swing 120 mm;
• CNC lathes for work in conventional system as well as semiautomatic, spindle swing 140 mm, turning lenght in centers L=2000 mm, turning section over support 370 mm;
• Internal grinder, min. grinding section 25mm, lenght 100mm, max. grinding section 350 mm, lenght up to 450 mm;
• External grinder, max. grinding section 450 mm, lenght up to 1000 mm;
• Special grinder for driling parts (milling machines, drill bits)
• CNC milling machine for conventional as well as semiautomatic system work, milling table work space 400 x 1400 mm, maximum part weight 450 kg, max table traverse: longitudinal 1030 mm, cross 320 mm vertical 465 mm, maximum horizontal spindle axis distance from table 465 mm;
• Cutting shear, max. plate thickness 12mm, max. cutting width 3050 mm;
• Tape cutoff machine, max. cutting size 360x640 mm;
